Grammar Pustak के इस भाग में हम Tenses का एक और जरूरी भाग Present Perfect Continuous Tense के बारे में हिंदी discuss करेंगे । वह भाग है Tenses का जरुरी भाग है। सभी Tenses में Present Perfect Continuous Tense के अपने कुछ नियम हैं Identification है । इसलिए इस भाग में हम Present Perfect Continuous Tense की Definition, Identification, Kinds of Sentences, Formula, Rules, Examples (उदाहरण ), Exercise हिंदी में बताएंगे। Present Perfect Continuous Tense का ये भाग बहुत ही interesting है इसलिए इसे ध्यान से पढ़ें ताकि ये Tense आपके लिए आने वाले किसी भी Exam में या परीक्षा में सहायक सिद्ध हो।
Present Perfect Continuous Tense Definition in Hindi (प्रेजेंट परफेक्ट टेंस की परिभाषा):-- Present Perfect Continuous Tense (प्रेजेंट परफेक्ट टेंस) ऐसे कार्यों को व्यक्त करते हैं या ऐसे कार्यों का बोध करता है जिससे ये ज्ञात होता है की काम या कार्य पिछले समय से आरम्भ हुआ है पर अभी भी जारी है। अर्थात काल पास्ट से शुरू हुआ है और उसको अभी ख़तम नहीं किया गया है जैसे वह दो घंटे से काम कर रहा है तो काम तो दो घण्टे से चल रहा है पर इसका ये पता नहीं कब तक चलेगा। इस टेंस की पहचान नीचे दी गई है।

जिन वाक्यों के अंत में से रहा है ,से रही है ,से रहे है आये उनकी पहचान Present Perfect Continuous Tense से होती है। नीचे कुछ उदाहरण (Examples) हैं जिनसे Present Perfect Continuous Tense की हिंदी में पहचान बिल्कुल साफ हो जाती है।
- रहीम इस किताब को दो घंटे से पढ़ रहा है । Last में से पढ़ रहा है ।
- सिमरन सुबह से सो रही है । Last में से सो रही है ।
- वह इस घर में जनवरी से रह रहा है । Last में से रह रहा है ।
- हम इस विभाग में दो महीनों से काम कर रहे हैं । Last में से काम कर रहे हैं ।
- मैं सुबह दो बजे से कपड़े धो रहा हूँ । Last में से कपड़े धो रहा हूँ ।
Present Perfect Continuous Tense Sentences वाक्यों के प्रकार हर Tense में Sentence के चार प्रकार होते है यहां पर Present Perfect Continuous Tense में वाक् यों के चार प्रकार Four Kinds of Sentences होते हैं पर आपकी सुविधा के लिए उनके प्रकार नीचे दिए हुए हैं उसके बाद इनकी विस्तार पूर्वक जानकारी भी दी गई है।

"has been " और "have been " के प्रयोग के बाद First Form of verb के साथ "ing " लगाया जाता है। जैसे She has been writing ,They have been writing आदि।

उसके बाद Object या Predicate लगाया जाता है जैसे She has been writing a letter.They have been singing a song . आदि a letter and a song is Predicate.

Subject या Predicate के बाद Since / For लगाया जाता है जहाँ पर Points of time हो वहां पर Since और जहां पर Period of time हो वहां पर For लगाया जाता है। जैसे He has been living in Gopalnagar since 1980 . यहां पर 1980 points of time है। और They have been bathing for afternoon .यहां पर afternoon एक period of time है।
Rule (नियम) 6
Since Points of time के साथ लगता है या exact time साथ लगता है जैसे --Since 6 AM ,Since 8 O'clock ,Since morning ,Since evening ,Since noon , Since midnight , Since tomorrow ,Since Yesterday ,Since Sunday ,Since Monday ,Since 1967 ,Since 2020 आदि। और For का प्रयोग Period of time के साथ होता है जो time exact नहीं होता है जैसे --For two days ,for four months ,For many years आदि।
